Welcome to GramCrop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GramCrop website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

By accessing and using GramCrop, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

GramCrop provides a free, browser-based image optimization tool that allows users to crop, resize, and compress images for Instagram. The Service processes images locally in the user's browser and does not upload images to external servers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process images that infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

You retain all rights to images you process using the Service. GramCrop does not claim ownership of any images you upload or process through the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process any images you upload to the Service, and that processing such images does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GRAMCROP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GramCrop makes no warranty that:

• The Service will meet your requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAMCROP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service

GramCrop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GramCrop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GramCrop operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GramCrop regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
